Luc Lac is a Vietnamese phrase that can be directly translated to mean “shaking” or “in movement” – a lively verb that transcends throughout our entire restaurant. With recipes that highlight fresh, local and lively ingredients, our menu consists of traditional dishes that were developed in our Grandmother’s original pho restaurant in Bac Lieu, Vietnam.

The concept of the “Vietnamese Kitchen” originated from our very own small home kitchen, where the strong scent of Vietnamese culture, a passion for the palette, and an emphasis on tradition and local ingredients circulated throughout.
